Garnish Catering Limited, Main St., Enniskeane, Co. Cork, is responsible for the details you send us. The enquiry form is the only part of this site that collects anything, and there are no cookies or tracking of any kind.

What we collect, and why

The form asks for your name, email and phone so we can reply, and the type of event, where it is, the date and rough numbers so we can quote for it. Anything you put in the message, dietary requirements included, we use only to plan and cook the food safely. We use all of it to answer you and, if you go ahead, to cater your event — the steps you have asked us to take. We do not advertise to you or add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that doesn't become a booking is deleted after twelve months. If we cater your event we keep the paperwork for six years, because Revenue requires it.

Who else sees it

Netlify hosts this site and passes the form on to us, and our email provider carries and stores it. Netlify is based in the United States, so your enquiry may be held outside the EEA under the data protection terms in its contract with us. Nobody else sees your details, and we never sell them.

Cookies

None. Nothing is stored on your device, we count no visitors, and the typefaces and images all come from this site rather than from Google or anyone else. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you weren't asked.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to it, or send it on in a portable form. Email info@garnishcatering.ie and we will sort it out within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
